Join Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (SG CIB) as a VIE in Tokyo, Japan within our Global Finance (GLFI) business line.
You will be part of our Real Estate Finance team and be involved in all aspects of the transaction process from preparing the initial pitch to client negotiation and deal execution.
Mission
Your role
Your main tasks will include:
- Market research;
- Assisting in the preparation of pitches and other marketing materials;
- Handling commercial, financial and legal due diligences;
- Pricing of financing opportunities;
- Participating in the preparation of credit applications;
- Reviewing the documentation before closing of the transaction; and
- Assisting in other transaction requirements such as E&S, KYC etc.
Profil
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Tokyo is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
Your profile
Graduated from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree.
You ideally have a previous experience in analysting Real Estate Finance.
You are fluent in English.
You are proficient with Pack Office and Outlook.
