Job description



Responsibilities

• Deliver on excellent quality of service by maintaining excellent communications with customers at all levels.
• Investigate all possible leak incidents/issues ensuring all appropriate parties are kept informed at all times, in accordance with the service agreements.
• Develop and forward all management reports within the requisite time constraints
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators of Customer Contract are analysed and reported.
• Investigate the variances flagged up on Exception reports and make the necessary corrections.
• Update and validate the standard operating procedures for various reports.
• Recognise the current trends, identify their relevance and have the ability to synthesize the data into information consumable by senior business decision makers.
• Represent the client and counterparts in performance management group forums as and when required.
• Encourage self-governance and increase productivity of delivery.
• Display strong technical skills, with superb business process analysis and interpersonal skills

Profile Required

• Microsoft Office (Word , PPT, Excel)
• Macros & VB knowledge is be plus
• Basic knowledge of Lean or six sigma basic
• Working knowledge on the incident, problem and change management tools
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Develop and maintain good rapport with client
• Adapt to different work environments
