We are looking for an intern (m/f) in our department “Corporate Finance – M&A Healthcare'

(duration of 3-6 months)

You will join the Corporate Finance Mergers & Acquisitions Healthcare Team in Frankfurt and support the team in its daily activities.

Mission

Your main responsibilities:

·  You will support the team with industry and company analysis.
·  Valuation tasks belong to your daily business.
·  Client presentation materials will be prepared by you as well.
·  You will support your colleagues with the preparation and execution of all kind of M&A or ECM transactions.

Desired profile

Profile

Your education / past experience:

·  Currently studying in a Grande Ecole / University Diploma in Business Administration (Master or Undergraduate)
·  Still enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program
·  Successfully accomplished internship in M&A at an investment bank / M&A boutique

Your technical skills / language skills:

·  Excellent Numerical skills
·  Analytical skills
·  Good knowledge in valuation
·  Fluent in English and German
