Summary
· CVA Trader: Price and hedge XVA on all asset classes traded by SG.
Main responsibilities
· Price XVA on derivatives for all asset classes.
· Compute Sensitivities and eventually hedge the trades.
· Explain pricing assumptions and calculation to sales & trading
· Support the development of pricing methods and hedging strategies
· Support set-up of CVA desk infrastructure (projects, tools)
· No managerial responsibilities

· The XVA desk is headed by Jerome De Vasconcelos. It is responsible for
· Pricing new trades
· Hedging new trades
· Managing the full XVA position
· Managing regulatory cva capital
· The regulatory environment is changing fast and the XVA desk has to adapt quickly. The XVA trader has to adjust to this environment and to be curious about the environment that is evolving.
