Within Société Générale Global Banking and Investor Solutions (GBIS) in Frankfurt, join for a VIE our Coverage & Investment Banking branch (CORI).
More precisely, you will integrate Corporate Finance (CORI/COR), an integrated worldwide set-up offering a comprehensive range of advisory and capital raising services to accompany its clients thanks to strong sector and product knowledge, and proven capabilities in both local and cross-border executions. The corporate finance activity is about accompanying clients on all of their investment banking needs from strategic advisory, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets and structured equity transactions.
Mission
Your role
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Industry and company analysis,
· Company valuations,
· Preparation of client presentation materials,
· General support in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A, ECM and other corporate finance transactions,
· Support a growing global sector team based in our Frankfurt investment banking hub.

This mission will enable you to develop deep insights in the fields of M&A and corporate finance of a leading European bank that operate globally. You will improve your financial and valuation skills, research skills. You will develop professionally through the experience of working as part of a multinational team in a professional services environment.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Frankfurt is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

Your profile
Graduate from Business school or University, with a master degree in Corporate Finance, Economics, you ideally have a previous experience in a bank within a M&A or Equity Capital Management department.
You are fluent in English. You are proficient in MS Office using (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
