Mission
ALD Mexico counts with 150 employees. Remaining a human-sized company, the VIE will be given the opportunity to have multidisciplinary activities and to work with every team in the Finance Department of a company that generates a yearly net banking income of EUR 12 million and that is leader on its market. The position is mainly office based, it is for 18 up to 24 months.
Finance project coordinator: acting as a junior business analyst, the VIE will be in charge of maintaining a dynamic of constant search for process improvements within the finance department (accounting, treasury, and collection). For that purpose, the VIE will be coordinating the developments of various tools and processes between ALD Mexico and ALD International teams (based in France and India) in projects such as the development of reports needed for the local fiscal authorities, the implementation of automatization programs for the collection team and the development of automated financial reports.
The VIE will support the accounting team in their operations in the accounting ERP (Sunsystems) and will be the key contact between the Mexican accounting team and Sunsystems support team (in Paris and Bangalore). For that, the VIE may be given a training prior to departure in ALD International office in Rueil Malmaison. He/she will be in charge of raising any production issue tickets and help for their resolution. He/she will participate in the design of extractions and report from the ERP.
Control and analysis: acting as a financial controller, the VIE will participate to the periodic financial reporting and KPIs follow up. He/she will also perform ad hoc financial analysis according to operational needs (follow up the profitability of a new product, or realize a deep analysis of an existing one for example) and according to the evolution of the Finance direction objectives.
Financial planning: The VIE will be involved in the yearly budget process.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Mexico is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
Graduated with a Master degree from a Business/Engineering school or University with a specialization in accountancy, finance, mathematics.
You are fluent in English (written and oral) , Spanish written and oral is a plus
A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated. At least 12 months of internship in a Finance team.
