Mission
Your role
During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities:
Define the functional and business requirements in collaboration with the production teams,
Propose and conduct change management actions,
Control the post roll-out of all projects,
Coordinate with other projects (regional / global) to ensure global consistency,
Report to management the progress on the project as well as potential issues / decision needed,
Take active role into project team knowledge sharing sessions (presentations for team meetings etc.) and continuous improvement (constant effort of mutualisation, standardization, automation of team day-to-day tasks),
Be responsible for coordinating projects, defining the appropriate methodology and governance and ensure deliveries are made on time and within the budget allocated,
Drive the workshops and solution sessions,
Manage the Stakeholders involved in the project,
Providing project leaders and key stakeholders with regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financials and risks & issues for progress tracking and decision making purposes,
Present in a convincing manner the project conclusions,
Ensure all documentations (key working documents and exhaustive list of deliverables) related to the project are properly stored,
Coordinate the implementation of new organisation in line with the Regulatory obligations and SG Policies,
Applying an appropriate project management framework and best practices for the project using relevant project standards,
Managing overall progress and use of resources and initiating corrective action where necessary,
Ensuring change control and configuration management procedures are adhered to,
Any ad hoc activities as agreed.
Profil
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

Your profile
Graduate with a Master degree from Business school or University in Finance, Bank and Finance, you ideally have a first experience in in project management.
You are fluent in English; French would be an advantage.
You have excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint.

Your career path
As a VIE, you will be playing a key role in SGSS’ strategic journey to extend its presence in the UK. This role is part of the Regulatory work-stream within the Change program, which ensures that the services are met for the various regulatory programs the bank is currently undertaking (e.g. MIFIDII, US FATCA, UK CDOT, CRS, etc). This typically involves changes to the full operating model including on-boarding platform(s), as well as integration with key trade flow systems to ensure consistent reference data sourcing for the regulatory reports.
