Your environment

At Societe Generale, you will be joining the Global Markets division (MARK) of SG Corporate and Investment Banking. MARK offers a cross-asset approach along all its offerings: Research, Investment & Risk Management Solutions, Execution and Prime Services to asset managers, pension funds, companies, private banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, family offices, sovereign funds and distributors worldwide.

Within Société Générale Global Banking & Investor Solutions (GBIS), and within the Global Markets division (MARK), the Foreign Exchange Options Trading desk is providing solutions on a global scale to Banks, Corporates, Hedge Funds, Institutional Clients, Investors. The desk is in Paris, London, Hong Kong and New York. It is covering the whole range of FX option products from straight FX vanilla to complex FX structured products.

Mission

Your role

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Booking trades upon instructions of traders
·  Manage options expiries
·  Input internal spot orders in OMS
·  Produce risk analysis reports
·  Check credit limits
·  Develop competencies to become an FX options trader and market maker

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.

Your profile

Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degreein Finance.

You are fluent in English.

You are proficient with MS Office.
