Poste et missions:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition. This is a great role for someone with a passion for direct sourcing and talent acquisition. Reporting to the Business Manager, your mission will be to source great candidates, you will:
- Develop candidate shortlists for active roles and pipelines for your roles.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, recruitment databases, staff recommendations, your networks, specialist conferences/events and existing talent pools to identify relevant candidates to meet recruitment plans.
- Be first point of contact for potential candidates, able to discuss and sell current opportunities as well as being able to promote SII.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to grow your understanding of business and candidate needs.
- Constantly look for ways to improve the candidate experience and the recruitment process.
- Ensure that data held in Sinergy (SII’s CRM) is accurate and up to date
- Attend external networking events to engage with potential candidates and to promote SII as an employer of choice.
Profil:
Masters level qualification
Passionate about direct sourcing and talent acquisition
Enthusiastic , self-motivated and driven to succeed
Previous experience of working as an in-house recruiter on engineering roles
Experience of using social media tools to identify, track and attract talent is desirable
Experience of working within Engineering, Defence or Aerospace is desirable
