Responsibilities
Base Salary Range: $58,240 - $69,888
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Assisting in developing and maintaining appropriate tools and applications as necessary (e.g., web-based application modules, database reports, user interfaces) to automate the production of Compliance Metrics and Reporting for CTL
· Assisting in producing Metrics and Management Reports on a regular basis using the automated solution(s)
· Assisting in supporting data analytics activities across Compliance testing and monitoring.
· Supporting team in leveraging analytic techniques and leveraging visualization to Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Adhoc presentations/reports for Senior Management;
· Adhoc projects as required. Profile required

COMPETENCIES
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work a minimum of 40 hrs/wk
· Language- English; French a plus
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required:
· MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
· Familiarity with data analytics/management tools
· Familiarity with the development and maintenance of automated solutions (i.e., ability to code)
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Required:
Prior internship or work experience in financial services or legal industry
