Days and Hours: Term time: Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 6.30pm School Holidays: Monday to Friday 12.00 to 6.30pm (school holiday times are flexible)

Tim 11, has a charming personality and a great sense of humour, he is a high achiever with a thirst for knowledge! Tim is attending a fantastic prep school; his favourite subject is maths and he is a keen chess player. Tim has cerebral palsy which predominately affects his lower limbs however he can bear some weight with support for transfers, toileting and walking short distances. He uses a wheelchair for mobility and a special chair for sitting. Tim will sometimes allow others to complete or assist with his daily tasks which are well within his capability; you must ensure you are supporting and enabling him to be as independent as possible.

Sarah 8, has oodles of energy, is really creative and loves playing games. Top of the list for interests are singing, dancing, and Judo, however, arts and crafts, trips to the park and baking are not far behind. Sarah is very caring for her big brother and they have a fabulous relationship (most of the time!). You will have the ability to manage and balance your time effectively to ensure both needs of the children are met.

Tim and Sarah have a busy schedule which include, but not limited to, afterschool activities such as swimming and typing classes. During term-time, the Special Needs Nanny / Manny will assist with homework and learning and the afterschool routine. The family have a housekeeper so no formal cleaning / laundry duties are required, however, you will be responsible to keep the kitchen / playroom and children’s rooms neat and tidy. During school holidays it is important to continue to learning, however it is the holidays so fun, enjoyment and entertainment must be on the agenda.
