1. Job Purpose
This position administrates S&N's asset fleet data and creates/distributes informational reports for AWM. It also supports, monitors, and contributes to the successful execution of various logistics related activities.
2. Principal Accountabilities
· Administer fleet of company owned rental and customer owned medical devices (NPWT & Hydrosurgery) by accessing/extracting data from various internal sources and amalgamating data into informative reports which are distributed to various internal departments.
· Monitor and log asset pool changes such as aging, scrapping, repairing activities, etc.
· Organize fleet supply chain, run reporting tools, and provide forecast reports to operations teams.
· Maintain tools to locate assets, define costs, improve quality reports, monitor device warranties, etc.
· Perform invoice review and approval including freight; supplier, packaging, internal purchases, facilities, etc. Address identified variances, discrepancies, and issues through to closure.
· Coordinate ordering of S&N procured supplies from purchase to payment.
· Perform assigned import and export documentation reviews to ensure S&N regulatory compliance of record keeping to US CFR.
· Act as site coordinator for facilities related concerns with landlord, service companies, R&M, etc. Coordinate maintenance activity as needed.
· Serve as POC for S&N Global Facilities.
· Raise, maintain, and administrate US Logistics related purchase order requests and revisions.
· Establish new suppliers and revise to keep current as necessary.
· Facilitate, support and/or participate in S&N project and continuous improvement initiatives as presented.
· Serve as IT POC for S&N IT related needs, issues, maintenance, refreshes, user setup, etc.
· Maintain relevant KPIs, transportation trackers, and other operational Logistics tools.
· Raise, review, and modify SOPs as needed.
· Contribute to, enhance, maintain, and promote US Logistics Compass Site.
· Liaise closely with 3PL, transportation carriers, freight forwarders/brokers, and other logistics business partners to build strong alliances and ensure agreed service expectations are being met or exceeded on a continuous basis.
· Identify and/or assume additional responsibilities which will improve service levels and/or reduce costs within the Global Supply Chain/Operations Team.
· Perform all activities in compliance with relevant GMP and Quality Systems standards and specifically with FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO 13485.
· Apply high standards of occupational Health & Safety in the workplace to comply with company policy and procedures.
3. Job Context
Analyst role involves extracting data elements from various sources and collating into data reports which are then used to create informational reports which are distributed to various users within S&N. Role requires high level of computer expertise. Coordinator role involves supporting and ensuring continued alignment between 3PL, various service providers, and S&N in regards to current and future business requirements within a fast-paced, cost pressured, and continually changing environment.

Desired profile
5. Knowledge and Experience
College Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in distribution/warehousing/logistics desired.
Very strong level of computer knowledge required in applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel required.
Significant experience with ERP systems: SAP and BPCS.
Experience with Business Objects.
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and various levels.
Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
