Smart Assessor is the market leading learning technology software for apprentices. We have created an app that apprentices use to take photos and videos of their work which their assessors review and give feedback in real time. This innovative technology eliminates paper portfolios of work giving the apprentices a richer learning experience and the training providers instant tracking data to make sure they are on track to complete on time.

In 4 years the company has grown from 3 entrepreneurial founders to more than 20 employees with over 150,000 apprentices using Smart Assessor.

The fast growth of the business has created an opportunity for additional full time roles within our dynamic high performing sales team, to service and grow our existing clients.

This role would be suitable for a smart self confident graduate who is good at:-

  • Relationship building;

  • Researching the market and related technology products;

  • Presenting in a structured professional way face to face.


    The role includes is exciting and exhausting, involving 2 days based in our office in Rugby and 3 days travelling across the UK to meet customers and help them get more out of our technologies.

    The salary will be a blend of basic and on target commission.

    On target earnings will be in the region of £25,000

    Full training provided to the right candidate. Clean driving license essential.
