Job Description

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer with marketing skills to support the delivery, and contribute to the development of, the Sky Blue Homes marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of design software, marketing strategies and social media. Candidate must be presentable and approachable as you will be dealing with a number of clients on a daily basis. This role will also involve student viewings so you must understand the student lettings market. Training will be provided for this aspect of the job role.

Responsibilities

• Marketing the Sky Blue Homes Brand throughout the city
• Deliver day to day marketing requirements and requests - for example, updating web content, managing social media, blog posting etc.
• Ensure all marketing and communications are on brand, to a high standard, and meet organisational requirements
• Contribute ideas and feedback on campaigns and activity
• Maintain and build positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including the universities and students’ unions
• Undertaking student viewings and other ad hoc tasks.

• Part Time Position: 21 hours per week
• Full Time Position: 35 hours per week

• Office Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm; 10.00am - 6.00pm

Personal Requirements

UK driving license with use of own vehicle

Language skills (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred, but not essential)
