Overview:

London based Music/Media Accountants is seeking an assistant royalty accountant.

Desired experience:

Ideally 12 month’s work experience in an accountancy based role. Previous MS Excel skills essential and MS Access skills preferable.

Someone with an interest and desire to learn about music royalty accounting.

Detailed Job Specification:

Responsible for the royalty administration function of the company. This includes:

• Collation, filing and processing of incoming royalty statements for clients.
• Maintenance of a database recording received royalty statements and their detail.
• Assisting with royalty accounting to artists / songwriters.
• Assisting with the royalty auditing function of the company.
