Position:


There is an open position for a Sales Engineer, locally based in Bucharest, to help bringing the company to the next level. This person will have a high impact role as national business developer working in close relationship with the Managing Director and Technical & Operation manager.

 

Role description & responsibilities


-          Development of client relationship and business leads. Develop relationship with client decision-makers.

-          Follow-up and acquisition of business opportunities

-          Self-perform or as a team to produce proposals.

-          Bid manager for tenders. Organise the closing process when needed

-          Negotiate and close the deal with the support and under the authority of the Managing Director as deemed appropriate.

-          Works with the MD & COO in support of the short and long-term revenue & margin.

-          Develop accurate market knowledge for future BD plan strategy.

-          Active participations et conferences and trade show.

Skills required


-          Remarkable written and verbal communication skills.

-          Mastering Office, communication and presentation tools (How to create and do a distinctive presentation is essential)

-          Proven business development skills

-          Ability to work independently and/or within a team.

-          A strong sense of priority, commitment and accountability.

-          Attention to detail.

-          Resilient and ability to work under pressure.

 

Experience and status required

 

-          At least 5 years successful experience in business development of technical solutions in the construction/infrastructure industry. (Tunnels, dams, bridges, signature buildings…)

-          Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related degree

-          Romanian driving license.
