Due to a new business opportunity, we are looking to start a team of Inbound Customer Service Advisors, representing a leading utilities client.

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service skills, enjoys problem solving and thrives in a fast paced environment. This is a blended role, whereby you will be expected to work with voice, and email customers.
Voice: You will answer inbound calls from customers with a range of queries, from direct debit and account changes, to metre readings, appointment bookings and escalations. You will ensure customer accounts are updated accordingly and accurately.
Email: You will respond to written communication from customers, in a profssional manor.
In both roles, you will provide a first time resolution, and deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
This is a role with high call volumes, therefore a good work ethic, personal drive and determination is essential.

Pay Rate

Rate: £7.00 per hour
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 - 20:30
