Property Administrator and Lettings

Salary £6,000 + Commission + Bonus

Scope to be offered a full time position for substantially higher pay

Simply winch – Luxury Living provides high quality, shared living accommodation for the top end of the professional sharing market across Central London's most favourable neighbourhoods. We have a portfolio of 25 properties, 85 rooms and target a portfolio of 50 properties by 2017.

Our Founder and CEO brings top institutional style professionalism from over 20 years experience at blue chip Investment Banks and Hedge Funds, as well as having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He takes a fully hands-on approach, is fully immersed in the business and keen to work with any candidate, developing them to the best of their potential.

Due to growth, the company is looking to add an ambitious individual to help coordinate repairs, oversee utilities, help with new property installations and market rooms.

The role

This role is a fast paced one, each day will be different and offering new challenges and rewards. The right individual will oversee all property repairs, help manage utilities, prepare new properties for clients and market rooms.

• Oversee repair requests to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, coordinating with clients, managing agents and builders
• Manage utilities ensuring bills properly reflect actual readings and help shift to 100% smart metering
• Help furnish and prepare new properties for clients
• Help market rooms to potential clients for commissions

The candidate
• Strong people skills
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Good basic arithmetic
• A passion for property
• Speak excellent English
