Internship - Automation Test Engineer

Founded in 2014, Sim&Cure is French digital start-up focused on improving neurovascular treatments of cerebral aneurysm with a proprietary software suite. The Sim&Size™ software is a Class II medical device with CE mark and FDA clearance that has already been used to treat more than 10,000+ patients in 500+ hospitals in the world.

Through several modules, Sim&Size™ is a software suite that provides to the physician a 3D visualization of medical images and a computational model of neurovascular implantable medical devices (IMDs). The therapeutic strategy is the most important step of this disease treatment and Sim&Size™ is now part of it by being efficient, safe, and reproducible. Computational modeling of specific devices in the anatomy of a patient helps the physician to achieve the intended outcome of the intervention.


Dans l'optique d'améliorer la qualité et la fiabilité de l'application Sim&Size, l'ingénieur·e en automatisation des tests junior concevra, en collaboration avec le Responsable Qualité Logiciel, les outils logiciels permettant de mesurer les performances de notre dispositif médical.
Le/la stagiaire évoluera dans un contexte pluri-disciplinaire (biomécanique, imagerie médicale, data-science, software engineering) et pourra acquérir une expérience dans la conception d'un dispositif médical logiciel.

* Reporting: Software Quality Manager


Main missions

* Automatiser de manière fiable et maintenable les tests de notre dispositif conformément aux spécification.
* Développement dans un contexte Behavior Driven Development avec le framework Squish (Python)
* Intégration dans la plateforme d'intégration continue (GitLab / Jenkins)
* Gestion des environnements virtuels

Desired profile

* Master en informatique
* Connaissance d'au moins un langage de programmation orienté objet. Python et Qt (C++) seraient un plus.
* Rigoureux·se, proactif·ve et pouvant faire preuve d'autonomie dans vos tâches, vous montrez de l'intérêt pour le secteur médical.
