Poste:
The Solution Engineeris entrusted with the relationship with SightCall customers as the technical point of contact during the initial “proof of value” period through initial and full deployments. The Solution Engineer will make sure that customers are successfully provisioned in the SightCall cloud with their preferred experiences activated and delighted by SightCall.
The Solution Engineer is an integral part of our growing sales team. Our Solution Engineer is responsible for working externally with clients and internally with our Product and Sales team. You will provide technical and functional expertise and interact directly with new and existing customers.
You will liaise with internal stakeholders to deploy solutions and proactively ensure customer success.
You will demonstrate how SightCall solutions integrate into business process, workflows and web &mobile applications to deliver best of breed embedded video experiences. You will be the go to contact for all technical questions the customers may have. Beyond the technical aspects of our solutions, you will be expected to provide industry, solution, and integration best practices.
Solution Engineers play a major role improving and expanding on existing processes and documentation like pre-sales technical presentations, product testing, integration and on boarding. Your performance will have direct impact on the overall Sales Teams effectiveness. It’s an opportunity to help build and shape our team!
Responsibilités:
- As a frontline customer advisorand customer’s trusted SightCall technical contact, build and maintain strong customer relationships as thetechnical point of contact for customersto guide them to the transformation by SightCall in their organization. Create a level of trust with your customers.
- Ensure full understanding of customer requirementsand definition of success metrics (KPIs), environments and applications to help them designing innovative and efficient user experiences and workin partnership with SightCall sales and product teams.
Validate that KPIs in line with customer goals/targets.
- Work with customer to fully define the customer use case and implement in the SightCall platform. Interface with customer technical team and IT to answer any security questions, technical issues, troubleshoot, and ensure that the proper SightCall configuration is deployed.
- Provide analysis, reports, tools associated with the customer
- -weekly / monthly review meetings with the customer.
- Project management for each implementation (planning, managing meetings, reporting, ensuring deliverables are completed SightCall / Customer)
- Oversee the customer’s adoption, training, customer-specific documentation,and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer’s investment, which will include liaising with internal stakeholders to deploy complex solutions, and ensuring the customers have the correct collateral in a timely manner.
- Tenacious focus on making every customer a successthrough proactive customer communication.
- Accurately maintain records including updates, tickets whilst keeping all parties (internal or external) informed of the status via phone and/oremail.
- Collaborate with the sales team toward reaching sales quota.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for customers, prospects, and internal sales personnel
- Provide technical consulting and expertise in support of our visual support products for field service, customer service, insurance and telemedicine.
- Respond to proposals, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
Profil:
- 2+ years relevant experience as a solution architect, pre-sales engineer, consultant, system integration engineer, or relevant development experience.
- Ability to communicate technical scenarios at both a high-level and detail level, as is required by the audience.
