Your future role.
- You are responsible to drive the development of MV Drives and Systems applications forward
- You are responsible for the disciplinary management of a team of 12 engineers
- You are managing R&D projects for MV drives and systems according to new requirements in focus industries, e.g. O/G, Metals, Minerals and Power
- The focus is on hardware & software development, automation and digitalization in the various industrial applications
- Your areas of responsibility include coordinating requirements, planning and controlling development projects
- You enjoy working in global teams with employees in China and in the US
Your profile.

- You have received a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study.
- You have already gained leadership experience in R&D, engineering or product management.
- You have several years of experience in drive engineering, commissioning or automation.
- You approach complex tasks with understanding and joy and create innovative solution concepts, which you then put into practice.
- Collaboration in international teams is a given for you.
- You are willing to take new paths and explore unusual solutions.
- Very good knowledge of German and English rounds off your profile.
