Job description

Mission/Position Headline:
Planning and performance of the respective new development / sustaining project.

TASKS:
• Responsible for the planning, control, performance, follow-up and reporting of the project;
• Leading project team to develop market-oriented, high-quality, cost-effective products
within defined time frame;
• Collaboration with R&D and all levels of company organization and customers;
• Coordinating with global interface, product manager, and other stakeholders;
• Support product audit by government/standardization;
• Continuous process improvement;
• Other tasks assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years’ experience in leading product/project development.
At least bachelor degree, engineering background preferred
