EnableSiemens Business Strategy with reliable, fast, and cost-efficient execution of ITCarve Outs and M&A projects for IT Infrastructure Services and Technologies.

Changethe future with us… Using your expertise, you will be responsiblefor: 

Deliverables: 

  • Delivery of complex carve out, merger &acquisition IT Infrastructure Projects executed according in time, scope and budget.
  • Successful Stakeholder Management including Siemens Business Organisation, External Providers, Siemens IT Value Centers and Finance.
  • Compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.
  • Influence service strategy at IT Value Centres to enable efficient and fast carve outs and mergers.

Tasks

  • Provide Leadership to the project teams.
  • Lead Separation concept and budget definition process for upcoming projects.
  • Ensure accurate, timely project execution based upon agreed KPI’s.
  • Closely collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure common deliverables ie Business IT, SRE, GBS.
  • Develop guidelines for separation and integration with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure topics and be a key contributor within the Siemens IT M&A community.
  • Represent assigned projects in process improvement activities as we strive to improve our project execution.

What youneed to make real what matters.

  • Degree in business administration, IT or similar degree
  • Proven Project Management Experience with coordinating teams in large international IT organizations for at least 10 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills on all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication in English
