·  Participate in cutting edge research in machine intelligence and machine learning applications
·  Design and implementation of innovative technologies, algorithms and applications from an idea to a prototypical software system
·  Develop solutions for large-scale, real-world industrial AI problems
·  Implementation, management, acquisition of research and development (sub) projects of in the field of Machine Learning / Deep Learning in industrial applications
·  Development of invention disclosures and publication of AI research results at international conferences
·  Initiation, participation in and co-management of research projects funded by relevant national and international funding bodies
·  Initiation and coordination of cooperation with national and international universities and research institutes
·  Supervision of students and trainees

Use your skills to move the world forward.

·  PhD degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technical field
·  Strong publication record in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or optimization, especially at venues such as AAAI, NIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, KDD, PAMI, JMLR, TACL, IJCV, IEEE
·  Expertise in and experience with technologies, algorithms and methodologies and innovation in areas of Machine Learning, Tensor Factorization, Deep Learning
·  Experience with one or more deep learning libraries and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Caffe, Chainer or PyTorch)
·  Experience in implementation of projects in the research and development area using Deep Learning architectures
·  Knowledge of software development process and good programming skills in particular Python combined with knowledge of scientific libraries
·  Experience mentoring and advising other researchers
·  Advanced speaking and writing skills in English
