Part-Time Working Student (Commercial) - Siemens - AUSTRIA

Job description

For our commercial group in Digital Industries Division, we are looking for a part-time working student. This role will be responsible for supporting cash collection team.

What are my responsibilities?

-Cash collection of overdue and receivables periodically, Tracking customer receivables, making collections in cooperation with Garanti Bank and Customer Accounting (FSS).

-Reporting of receivables, risk and overdue payments periodically, Registration of guarantee letters.

-Tracking of customer financal status via external data sources Ensure coordination with customer accounting (FSS). Conduct netting, payment registration, booking voucher..etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 2nd or 3th year student in faculty of economics and business administration sciences.

• Able to work 3-4 days/week in Kartal partly remote

• Good command of written and spoken English (German is an asset).

• Good command of MS Office applications.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Flexible and good team players.

• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
