The Electrification and Automation team have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and professional individual to join their growing team. Reporting to the Project Management Manager, this role is dynamic and challenging, and would be suited to someone passionate about customer service and delivering results to a high standard.
Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Process Packing List & Commercial invoice documents by validating data.
• Create, assemble, and present applicable import/expert documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations.
• Ensure timely processing of import/export shipments.
• Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors, and other third-party industry providers.
• Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers, including , freight forwarders, vendors, and customers.
• Follow-up & coordinating with respective source point for meeting the customer urgencies.
• Maintain delivery files in an organized and catalogued system in onedrive as per project standards.
• Support cross-functional departments involved in delivery.
• Vendor Management: Monitor and follow-up on vendor activities, highlight potential delays.
• Planning of material to meet on time delivery targets.
• Coordinating logistics between forwarders, unpack depot and site.
• Organize deliveries to site maintain logistics spreadsheets for all major project sites.
• Liaise with site, client and project manager about deliveries where site cannot accept within a timely manner
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in Freight Forwarding
• Previous experience in a customer service/order entry environment.
• Strong IT skills.
• Knowledge of intra company and triangle business orders is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
