About the role

We are seeking a dynamic new colleague to join our team as a JuniorCapacity Planning Engineer forDigital Schedule Planning Systems. In this role, you will support with guidanceto clients on a conceptual level and collaborate with them to identify newrequirements for the ongoing development of our software product. Serving asthe interface between existing standard solutions and the unique needs of ourclients, you play an important role in ensuring a continuous adaptation of ourproducts to the market.

TheInternational Project Team, primarily based in Germany and Sweden, is dedicatedto the ongoing refinement of our software through a constant evolution alignedwith market demands. As a key liaison between the customer and our developmentteam, you will act as a pivotal link, translating requirements into modifiedsolution descriptions for the further enhancement of software functionalities.

To be successful in this position you need to

• have gained initial experience in theconsulting field, demonstrating your professional interaction with clients, oryou possess a strong interest in acquiring this skill
• possess strong communication skills andenjoy looking beyond the immediate scope of tasks
• hold a university degree in computer science, railway engineering, orother engineering-related disciplines with a business-related component
• take ownership and drive your own agenda at work with a flexible and agile mindset
• are prepared for occasional travel
• have proficiency in both Swedish andEnglish
