We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor for 2nd Shift. This position will be based at our new Fort Worth facility.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Primary responsibilities include Receiving, Storage, Inventory management, Delivery to Manufacturing, and Shipping and will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 10-20 team members.
  • Team’s accurate and efficient receipt, storing, fulfillment and kitting, and delivering material to the assembly lines.
  • Handling team schedules and daily assignments.
  • Warehouse cycle counting, inventory discrepancy root cause and resolution.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years’ experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply-chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of education (Highschool Diploma or GED) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in the organization.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management with proven delivery of improvement project in a manufacturing environment.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause and/or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM Accreditation)

  • The pay range for this position is $72,380 - $124,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
