Job description

What are my responsibilities?
Evaluate the commercial terms of contract with legal department, support pricing strategies for global project, support BU/Segments/Hubs on overall sales performance management by providing timely reporting & analysis identifying potential opportunities and risks, controlling costs, improving processes, driving digitalization, communicating efficiently.

• Coordinate the review of global frame agreements, project agreements and contract documents together with the legal department to evaluate their commercial implication, contract negotiations if needed.
• Support Global Vertical Sales on complex bids preparation on commercial terms and coordination, support on pricing strategies and coordinate among Segments/ Hubs with pricing approval procedure.
• Responsible on Vertical reporting and analysis from financial perspective, eg. develop profit view.
• Support on integration of global sales rolling forecast and budget planning, especially on vertical perspective, ensure timely delivery of required information.
• Month / quarter / yearly end closing Sales Reporting, to timely deliver business topline transparency.
• SG&A management: track and analyze SG&A report to grasp expenses trend, monitor and control the actual costs to be in line with forecast, eg. cost of Vertical Sales setup, Country SG&A cost transparency.
• Support further on financial digitalization by developing reporting or programs to increase process efficiency and help to improve business performance.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor’s degree or above, in business administration, finance or equivalent.
• Proficient skills and experience in Sales Contract Management and contract negotiation.
• With a minimum 5 years in key function in Sales Commercial position of multinational company.
• Proficient Business English in both oral and written is a must.
• Proficient skills in computer operation and office software, especially in excel, good skill in data analysis and report issuance by excel.
• Experience in digitalization and BI tools, like Qlik Sense, Power BI, Mendix etc would be a plus.
• Logical thinking and fast learner, multi-task player and good time management skills.
• Adaptation to changes and open mind to discuss all possibilities.
• Good communication and collaboration.
• Be curious and have passion for learning, not sufficient in just finishing tasks, but also would like to deep dive in details to find why and how to improve.
• Result-oriented team player and work efficiently with high quality results.
