Then come and join our Digital Health & Automation team as a Healthcare IT Technical Specialist. Your mission is to ensure the successful preparation and execution of digital project implementations with regards to the key technical aspects for the IT product suite, such as syngo.Via, Virtual Cockpit, Teamplay and AI Rad Companion. This role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.
Your mission and responsibilities:
• Act as owner of the entire end to end technical solution from opportunity development to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of the agreed workflow, architecture and infrastructure
• Support Project Manager in project planning for technical aspects, creation of technical work breakdown packages.
• Continuously assess the overall system architecture throughout project execution and identify necessary solution components with regards to feasibility of the project scope and keeping the scoping documentation up-to-date
• Provide support regarding issues, risks and change control for technical topics and identify opportunities
• Maintain and document all technical topics relating to project specific technical documentation for Digital Services projects
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring, enabling and supporting the project implementation team on all technical topics
• Pre-sales support in assessing the overall system architecture and identify necessary solution components with regards to the project scope
• Hand over the implemented solution to customer service and to the customer during project phase
Your qualifications and experience:
• Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, medical systems, or a comparable discipline
• Sound knowledge and substantial experience in dealing with workstations, servers, networks and hardware as well as virtualization
• Relevant professional experience in an IT environment and you will have ideally already gained experience of implementing complex IT projects
• Practical experience with Virtualisation
• Strong technical writing ability for creations of Scope of Works
• Hand on experience with ICT Infrastructure components in the domains of (Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, Compute Platforms, and ICT Management / Monitoring)
• Knowledge of medical standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE) is desirable
• Practical experience Cloud solutions (AWS and Azure) is desirable
• Familiarity with clinical and radiological workflows advantageous

• Capacity to think laterally and your proven ability in paying high attention to detail will see you succeed in this role

• Passion about the digitalisation of healthcare as the future
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout ANZ when required
• Ability to provide evidence of your eligibility to work across Australia and New Zealand
