Job description
Reporting tothe DX Global Head of Marketing Experience & Excellence, the Global Marketing Toolsand Assets Specialist will be responsible for enhancingcollaboration, streamlining workflows, and improving document and asset managementthrough Siemens Healthineers DX online tools.
Byhelping to optimize the global and zone marketing and sales organizations,measure and improve marketing performance, you can help foster a Growth Mindsetenvironment where industry trends and unmet customer needs guide strategiccustomer-centric decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee online Sales and Marketing tools– One Library (OL; Seismic-based sales library for DX), SharePoint, Microsoft Teams,Power BI sites, Document Library (Customer-facing database of Instructions forUse documents), Digital Asset Pool (DAP) (internal imagery/illustration/productionfile aggregator), etc.
- Ensure users alwayshave access to the most current and approved assets.
- Maintain proper naming conventions, folder structures, andrevision control of assets.
- Provide effective training and support to users. Provideupdates on newly introduced features, Q&A forums, advice, and techniques.
- Create and maintain a DX internal one-stop-shopcollaborative platform providing the organization with a central repository to search,store, share, and manage documents and information, enabling teams tocollaborate more efficiently.
- Define roles andpermissions of tools to ensure authorized individuals access specific content,guaranteeing the correct material reaches its intended channel, whether on alocal or global scale. Use role-based access controls.
- Capture key progress metrics and develop adashboard on online tools regularly and effectivelydocumenting progress, highlighting areas of success and risk. Present key metrics regularly like views, downloads,and conversions, among others.
- Periodicallyassess all sales and marketing online tools across DX and collect/report outusage metrics. Perform regular audits and cleanups (e.g. archiving old assets,refreshing outdated ones, or removing duplicate items, etc.) to ensurecontinuous relevance and efficiency.
- Assess top-performing assets that drive the most userengagement, low performing assets, and strategize best ways to use anddistribute them. This will enable content owners to refine their strategies andallocate resources more effectively and optimize for the best return oninvestment.
- Supportstrategic planning and coordination of activities and meetings across globaland zone Marketing.
- Support planning and implementation for upskillingprogram/s across marketing and communications.
- Support key tradeshows and events(special projects, promotion, logistics, etc.).
- Work with the various teams to brainstormand implement new and innovative growth strategies (i.e. within Digital andMarketing Operations team, Marketing, etc.).

Requiredskills to have for the success of this role:
Bachelor’s degree in marketingcommunications, digital design, or relevant field.
A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in amarketing position.
Excellent understanding of the concept and execution of AssetManagement.
Expert usage in project management and communication tools (SharePoint,Power BI, MS Team, MS Project, Asana) and MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint,Excel, and Outlook).
Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
Highly creative with excellent analyticalabilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonalskills across multiple cultures.
Up to date on the latest trends andtechnologies in digital marketing.
- Experience managing global projects and building relationships andrapport across functions.
- Demonstrated success applying skills in change management,including building consensus, influencing, and effectively supportingcolleagues in the timely completion of deliverables and tasks acrossstakeholders.
- A proven history of conceptual creative ability and judgment.
- The ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketingteams.
- Excellent presentation skills.
The pay range for this position is $71,240- $97,955 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
