We currently are looking for a hugely enthusiastic and unashamedly friendly Customer Support Agent.
As a Customer Support Agent for BusinessMobiles.com you will be responsible for providing our customers with all the help and knowledge they may need. We want you to be a memorable part of our customers’ day, consistently approaching each customer with a friendly, helpful attitude and delivering the highest standard of service.
Duties include:
* Speaking with Customers on the phone and via email.
* Building trust and positive, sustainable relationships with Customers
* Going the extra mile to engage Customers
* Providing product and service knowledg
* Providing feedback on customer issues and concerns and suggesting improvements to processes
* Participating in regular learning and development sessions in order to keep up to date with the fast-evolving industry
* Conducting telephone surveys to identify issues and improve processe
Desired profile
* A sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
