We are recruiting for SIA staff to play a key role in the delivery of many of these exciting dates in the sporting calendar.

SIA Event Security Staff

SIA staff play a crucial role in helping to ensure that the event experience is a memorable one for all visitors to the venue.

Safety and security are of paramount importance in dealing with the public, but so too is providing a high level of customer service.

As an essential part of any event safety management team, you will be acting as the eyes and ears for those running the occasion.

At all times, SIA staff should be aware of and ensure the care, comfort and well-being of all categories of spectators.

The hours of work available are varied and flexible.

Those successful candidates who join the Showsec team will be given all the appropriate training to fulfil their duties to a high standard.

Candidate Requirements

• Additional specific response training will need to be undertaken once successful in the role
• Relevant industry experience would be highly desirable
• Previous experience of conflict management
