Web Designer and Animator

Salary: £24k - £27k PA
Location: London, E8

We’re looking for a highly skilled applicant to take on the role of Web Designer & Animator

Role of the Web Designer and Animator:

Attending client meetings, and liaising with clients alongside an appointed project manager to define the requirement for the website.
Designing visual options to be presented to various high profile clients.
Maximising the effectiveness of online graphings and animations.
Creating new content (written, visual and animated) for existing client websites and other online applications
Designing of web pages graphics and animation for web and online.
Outputting content to various formats and testing before deploying online.
Monitoring and maintaining functionality of websites

Skills & Requirements:

Candidate must have completed at least a 4 year course in a design related field, resulting in the possession of a degree or diploma form an established government recognised institution.
It is essential that the candidate shows a very strong portfolio, in keeping with the style and quality of work produced by Shotopop.
Thorough working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Very strong knowledge of Adobe Flash Professional CC
Comfortable and skilled designing fluidly across all digital mediums: web, mobile and apps.
Knowledge of user experience in content led websites.
An awareness of current trends in web design and online content.
An ability to work well independently and as part of a close team.
An ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
