Property Manager

Job description

We're looking for a property intern to join our team in London. We're establishing ourselves in London as one of London's experience led serviced apartments.

Living Above is a short term rentals business in London, where we let flats/apartments across the city. This role would be to manage around 15 of those properties, through our booking management systems. It would also require from time to time, meeting customers and managing the various contractors that we use.

It's a very broad and fast paced role, with lots of variety and we're looking for someone who is highly organised and able to work in a 'startup type environment'. The role would allow the flexibility for the right intern to be able to focus on an area that they would like to. This could include, but is not limited to project management, customer experience, marketing & process improvement.

The role would be part work from our London office, and part out and about around London as there would be a need to visit properties, estate agents and suppliers to maintain and develop relationships.
