As designers of fine quality stone set creative pieces,our range of jewellery has been the choice of several generations.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, exceptional sales assistant to join our team in our store in Keswick to start as soon as possible.

The sales assistant role is part-time, offering approximately 14 hours per week working across a 7 day rota to include weekends.

We are looking for a person who knows how to provide exceptional customer service by engaging and greeting customers, answering their questions, and establishing their needs before providing advice and assistance in the selection of products.

Visual merchandising is a key component of the role so if you have a flair for showing off your creativity and making a store look fantastic then this role is for you.

The role also includes cleaning and housekeeping duties.

Minimum requirements

· Retail experience preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be able to work weekends

· Meeting and exceeding set sales targets every month

· Offering an exceptional experience to every customer to best represent the brand

· Build sales by identifying and meeting our customers’ needs

· Develop sufficient knowledge of the company’s unique products to facilitate excellent levels of customer service

· Support the store manager with in store promotions and events

· Assist in the visual presentation of the store including implementing window displays

· Administrative and housekeeping responsibilities

You will receive

· Rate of pay £6.70 per hour

· Paid holiday entitlement of 5.6 x an average working week, which includes all UK bank and statutory holidays, during a complete year.
