Job Description
The ITSO PMO analyst will work in the ITSO IPPD organization within a major initiative affecting all projects and programmes in the enterprise. The focus of this role is planning and data analysis, management reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Major responsibilities may include:
· Resource management data analysis and benchmarking.
· Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
· Support project set up, project planning and change management.
· Support risk and issue management.
· Support Stakeholder management – internal and external communications; communication plan creation and execution.
· Work extensively with remote colleagues in different time zones to develop and update project plans. Execute certain activities within the aforesaid plans.
· Support communication planning and execution including development of communications and creating meeting minutes.
· Governance support – execution of a project governance model.
· Financial analysis - monitor, track, and reconcile project costs versus budget.
· Assist with management of project portfolio.
· Support assurance activities to review project deliverables for compliance to PDF.
Desired profile
Requirements
· Minimum three (3) or more years of project management and PMO experience in areas of major responsibility
· MS Office including Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word
· Proficiency with Project Delivery Framework (PDF).
· Has Shell PDF Assurance background with the ability to assess Project Impact and Risk Assessment (PIRA) document in preparation for the Delivery Quality Mangers (DQM) Approval.
· Understands and performs the due diligence process based on the Project Impact Risk Assessment Assurance Profile throughout the projects lifecycle.
· Proficiency with the IPPD Delivery Rules.
· Understands the IPPD Critical Service Levels (CSLs). Prepares and submits CSL Exclusion Request for CSL failures.
· Proficiency with SharePoint Design and Management for internal data modules.
· Understands Proposal Development and can manage Proposal Developers workloads.
· Project Financial tracking and management. Familiar ITSO methodology for project Cost tracking.
