Job Description

An excellent chance for a business analyst or consultant with SAP PP and QM implementation experience to develop their career as part of a collaborative team working on some engaging global improvement projects.

What's the role?

You'll join a highly supportive and collaborative team of around 15 people who support our Downstream Lubricants Supply Chain department on projects spanning more than 30 countries. It's a great time to join – we're currently extending our system so there are some interesting improvement projects in the pipeline and, beyond that, work to migrate the current SAP ECC system to the S/4 HANA platform.

As a Business Analyst SAP QM / PP, you're a proactive analyst who takes end-to-end ownership – someone who takes pride in getting the job done. You'll certainly make the most of your natural people skills – whether that's engaging with the business to gather and translate their requirements into SAP or sharing your knowledge to help other members of your team to grow. Development is important to us.

What we need from you

You've probably worked in a similar role in a manufacturing or supply chain environmentbefore.Personally, you've shown you have theversatileall-round communication skills to work collaboratively as part of a team and to get results – whether you're influencing commercial stakeholders or directing technical colleagues.

SAP PP / QM implementation experience is a must. On top of that, technically, we're looking for:

·  Experience of working on complex RIEF (Report, Interface, Enhancement and Forms)related to Production Planning and Quality Management processes in SAP.
·  A proven ability to quickly grasp existing designs, then implement and rollout the templates as required; you understand how to enable and deploy the functionality in a system.
·  Good testing skills.
·  Knowledge of QM–PP, QM–MM and QM–WM (Warehouse Management) integration.
