Job Description

B2B Direct Marketing Manager is accountable for establishing Direct Sector strategy (4Ps) and effective implementation of marketing and business development initiatives in order to deliver Direct Sector growth in Power, Cement, Steel, Pulp-Paper, Process Oils sector & B2B OEM's. Embedding Direct Sector insights, this role will be empowered to drive local initiative whilst optimize on global expertise and collaboration.

Own & Deliver Direct Sector Strategy Planning
a. Support B2B Key Account Marketing & B2B Brand Manager to develop & implement a clearstrategic roadmapto deliver both short-term and long-term sustainable profit growth for theassignedsectors .
b. Ensure T&R, sales pipelines and 3-year development cycles are linked and well-integrated.Accountable for SP&A planning, execution and return on investment This includes traditional elements of brand/marketing communications such as media, PR, digital, events, etc
c.Provide input to the relevant Brand Manager(s) and the Pricing Manager for the definition of the pricing strategy by brand for his/her sectors
d. Co-own with Marketing Effectiveness & PLM Manager product portfolio health metrics

Strong Direct Sector Insight and Leads Generation
a.ProvideAnnualDirectSector Insight(SWOT, PESTLE, 4PS)andCVP benchmarking
b. Establish strong contact with relevant industrial association and have strong relationship with key accounts inDirectSector (monthly visit to customer)
c. Continuously maintain the universe for the assigned sectors to allow sales team and its customers to develop robust sales pipeline

Manage Sector Marketing Plan
a. Deliver assigned sector brand initiatives and activities on time and on target
b. Leveraging assets and offers from global (marketing, technical, R&D) must deliver well-integrated and brand aligned campaigns that create maximum impact through differentiation. Develop local assets that is sector-aligned to deliver best-in-class customer experience as well as visibility to CVP and product benefit
c. Enable the sales teams to implement proposition into the customers/markets through close connection and shared learning
d. Accountable for marketing effectives reporting, PIR with continued positive ROI

Skilled Business Development Execution Global initiative & coordination
a. Lead the roll out of relevant global initiatives to ensure E2E plan across the activities
b.Manage global stakeholders and coordinate with global PICs and compile best practices across the activities
c.Accountable for Business case proposal and continuous seek improvement of CVP and creative commercial solutions with accountable financial results
d. Strong one team and collaborative management skill to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives both internal and external

Desired profile

Requirements

Qualifications required:
-2 years experiencein B2B/Industrial marketing and/or Business Development role
- 1 year experience in industrial sales and/or key account management of managing State Own Enterprise, FMCG/B2C key account experience is acceptable.
- Evidence of strong commercial acumen with track record for over-delivery on financial targets
- Prior experience in new market entry / turnaround / growth with experience or familiarity of channel penetration, trial creation and conversion to loyalty.
- Evidence of successful integration for collaborative development and implementation with global brands & local sales/operations. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exposure in PR/Content creation especially with digital (Facebook, Linkedin)
- Competency in customer insights, sector research and using advanced analytics and acting on these to reach customers.
- Knowledge in competitive intelligence is preferred.

- Solution development and creative problem solving
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage self/time amongst many competing priorities
