• High School diploma required; Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience required; as well as working in a large corporate environment. Candidates with previous experience in the Oil, Gas and Chemical and / or Industrial environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Working knowledge of Taleo is a plus.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, relationship building skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability and desire to work with employees at all levels in the organization.
• Excellent time management skills to include the ability to balance multiple projects concurrently with different deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning, and priority setting skills.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and level of energy required to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to treat all information as confidential and demonstrate a high level of ethics, trust and professionalism.
