SFW Ltd - Graduate Analyst Programmer – Based in Woking. Offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience.

SFW is seeking a motivated Graduate to join its growing Case Management Practice delivering projects across SFW’s wide client base.

As our Graduate Analyst Programmer you will be working within the expanding and exciting area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will join a team of likeminded individuals tasked with configuring and customising Dynamics CRM in order to meet our clients’ requirements.

You will be part of a team tasked with interpreting customer requirements and delivering those requirements using an Agile methodology.

Day-to-Day as our Graduate Analyst Programmer you will be:

- Liaising with Customer and Internal Team Members

- Customising Dynamics CRM

- Extending CRM Functionality using programming skills (.NET, JavaScript, SQL)

- Researching new functionality and methods

This role will suit an individual who is interested in business product solutions and the technical side of delivering these solutions.

Key Skills and Experience needed to become a Graduate Analyst Programmer

- The ideal candidate will have excellent academic background – 2.1 and above.

- Fluent in spoken English and able to take part in meetings and discussions with clients

- Proactive personality and able to work autonomously

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Good team player

- The ability to work to agreed deadlines

- Ability to work at detailed and abstract levels

- Self-learner

- Exceptional problem solving skills
