SFW Ltd - Applications Specialist (Dynamics CRM) – Based in Woking. Offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.

The SFW WorkFlow & Case Management Practice is tasked with delivering full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM both On-Premise and Online, which meet our customers’ needs.

In order to grow this business area, SFW are looking for an Application Specialist to join the WorkFlow & Case Management Practice. The candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering MS Dynamics solutions by working with our customers to achieve their objective in accordance with their needs, budget and timescales.

Key Responsibilities as our Applications Specialist (Dynamics CRM)

- Design, develop and document solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM using SFW's methodologies.

- Assist the Sales team by: Creating and Performing Technical Demonstrations, Maintaining an understanding of the Dynamics CRM licence model, Understanding the customer needs of SFW’s target CRM markets

- Gather customer requirements using a range of business analysis skills including workshops with client stakeholders.

- Authoring end user and technical documentation and preparing and providing client training

- Liaising with clients, team members, project managers and sales to ensure successful delivery

- Leading the adoption of new versions of Dynamics CRM and assisting members of the team with acquiring new skills.

Key Skills and Experience needed to become a Applications Specialist (Dynamics CRM)

- The ideal candidate will have a good University degree with 2:1 or higher or relevant experience

Essential

- Solid experience in the design, development and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise solutions (4.0/2011/2013), including: solutions design, configuration and customisation, data migration, systems integration and testing.

- Good experience in the design, development and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, including; deployment and upgrading.

- Experience of rapid CRM Online Demo System configuration

- Experience of Dynamics CRM Social Engagement

- Experience of delivering solutions in C# / VB.NET

- Experience of working within an Agile development environment

- SDK, development of plug-in and custom workflows

- SQL Server development experience

Desirable

- Experience with SSIS – SQL Server Integration Service

- Understanding of various types of integration: SSRS and Web Services

Experience of working with the MS SureStep methodology

- Experience of delivering solutions in ASP.NET, WPF, JavaScript & WCF

- Integrating Dynamics with SharePoint

- Development team leading experience (ideally using agile methodologies)

- MB2-703: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Customisation and Configuration or later

- MB2-700: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Applications or later

- MB2-702: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Installation and Deployment or later

- MB2-706: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Deployment

Please note: If the successful candidate has not passed all the Microsoft qualifications then they will be expected to pass these within the first 6 months of taking up the role. The cost of examinations will be covered by SFW.
