Telemarketer - Service

Job description

SF Group is currently recruiting for an experienced business to business telemarketer to join an established team in Leicester with a focus on following up all service marketing campaigns. This role is sales focused, and someone with a degree in engineering or a strong technical service background with strong excel skills would be desirable. We are looking for someone who has technical knowledge and can translate that to clients to generate interest.

Your role will be to talk to contacts including existing and prospective clients regarding service promotions and packages. Promoting offers to specific campaigns, following leads, generating leads, adding all information to CRM system and updating excel spreadsheets. Campaigns include Sales Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Telephone Appointment Setting, Seminar or exhibition attendance, Market Research & Customer Survey and database management.

You will have excellent telephone skills, and have great communication skills. This role requires someone who is self motivated who is able to work well under pressure and to targets, using own initiative with a customer focus. Personality wise we are looking for someone with a happy disposition, who is flexible to change who is honest and open.
