Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our office in CAMBODIA.
Poste et missions:
1.Sales Force Effectiveness (primary mission): the thorough analysis of our performance and sales force activity is a must to drive organizational performance. In this context, the VIE will be responsible to:
o Develop, maintain and distribute reports to support sales force performance and productivity,
o Suggest actionable recommendations to Sales Management on how to best mobilize our resources in response to opportunities or challenges,
o Maintain and, when needed, update CRM system.
2.Product Management: The VIE will support the marketing department through a direct input in the development of promotional campaigns or implementation of specific projects (e.g., disease awareness project).
3.Business evaluation and analysis: At the request of the General Manager, the VIE will produce or coordinate the production of ad hoc operational reports and business analysis
Profil:
Educational background: Pharmacist, Master’s in business School
Specialization: Sales force effectiveness or project management
Field of study: Pharmacist and Business school
Languages: English
Experience required: 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (ideally)
Computer skills: Proficiency in excel, power point presentation
