ServiceTec currently has immediate openings for Part-Time Customer Service Engineers to work Nights alongside our team at the UK’s busiest airport, London Heathrow.

Working on a zero hour contract covering an average of 15 to 20 hours per week between the hours of 22:00 to 03:00, you will be supporting and performing Preventative Maintenance on mission critical systems together with a wide variety of equipment including Common Use Systems, Airline and Ground Handler desktop and check-in systems, and Airline Self Service kiosks.

Individuals will need to have a technical aptitude however training will be provided for any specific technical skills required for the position. You will ideally have had experience of dealing with a variety of customers in a fast paced and pressurised environment.

Candidates are required to meet the following criteria:-

• A flexible approach to working hours is essential as this position will involve working on a zero hour contract, averaging 15-20 hours per week between the hours of 22:00 and 03:00 (to include Public/Bank Holidays and some weekends). Candidates will also need to be able to work daytime shifts.
• Must have a technical aptitude/interest in I.T. although training will be provided.
• Previous Customer Service experience, ideally in a customer facing role..
• Access to your own transport/24hr public transport to Heathrow Airport.
• Additional college and/or technical training is an advantage.

Offers of employment will be dependent on passing a 6 month probationary period and be subject to satisfactory Aviation Security Clearance (including Criminal Record Checks and 5 year referencing check) in order to obtain your Airside pass.
