You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Country Support
· Communicate independently with the country category management teams and facilitate implementation of launch plans, answer questions, and relay information.
· Provide operational support for key activation programs (sampling, GWPs, kitting boxes, etc) and coordinate with supply chain to ensure delivery.
· Ensure data accuracy on all internal documentation (innovation launch plans, product listing, forecast, assortment, etc) to ensure smooth information flow.
· Consolidate feedback and activation best practices to share between countries.
Category Management
· Assist in the adaptation of 360° activation plans and EU toolboxes
· Follow up with country partners to ensure implementation and compliance of EU plans
· Liase with brand team to ensure most up-to-date information
· Assist in forecasting new launches and animations
Reporting & Analysis
· Prepare monthly business reports for EU region and countries in scope
· Analyze reporting and identify opportunities to drive category business
· Prepare 360 hindsight of major launches
Cross-functional relationships
· Build collaborative and proactive relationships with brand team, supply chain and country category management teams to foster trust and collaboration.
