We have an opportunity for an experienced eCRM Executive to join one of the UK's fastest growing online eBusinesses, also a 1st Placed Top 100 Businesses to work for, as voted by the Sunday Times.

Working alongside industry experts, you will receive on job training to enhance your personal skills, knowledge and experience in addition to attending dedicated workshops for continuous personal development.

Working closely with the eCRM manager, you will be responsible for implementing and improving strategy, processes, activity and technical capabilities.

Key role responsibilities

• Contributing to the implementation of the eCRM programme
• Focus on driving improved conversion and engagement as well as additional demand
• Work with the Design and Social teams to create visually appealing email templates, utilising best practice techniques
• Work with the Content team to create engaging emails that deliver target open and click through rates
• Work with the Data team to query the data to generate insight and highlight opportunities
• Develop a robust testing strategy for retention, cross sell and upsell
• You will contribute to a 'test and learn' approach to maximise results that which will also broaden your experience across eCRM initiatives

In you role, you will also be helping to integrate with other marketing channels.

Key skills we need

• At least 18 months eCRM experience
• Experience of working with ESP platforms
• Experience of driving campaign success through data
• Good knowledge of HTML
• A good understanding of online and digital technology
• Highly analytical
• Excellent communication skills; personable, confident, team player
• Customer focused
• Flexible, tenacious; focus on delivery
• Great attention to detail
