A disruptive player in the property industry seeks a highly organised, outgoing team player to help the Account Management team. The candidate will have an interest in customer care and problem-solving and be self-motivated. The role has incredible career progression and is an opportunity to join one of the

The ideal, Account Executive will possess a good understanding of what is required to be successful
within a team environment. Telephone-based customer service is encouraged, coached and taught. You will
have excellent communication skills, a high degree of computer literacy and be a natural
communicator with a will to win and a strong desire to learn through ongoing training.

Responsibilities will include:
• Setting up new customer files
• Booking in client and customer requests
• Keeping the account management team updated with progress
• Setting up new customers
• Compiling marketing packs
• Liaising with all departments

• A high level of communications skills, both written and verbal
• You will be highly organised
• You have to love working with people and have a desire to solve problems
• Be unflappable – we work in a busy environment
• You must enjoy working in a team
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Confidence to suggest improvements to systems and service levels
