Job Title: Telesales Account Executive
Location: Crowborough, East Sussex, TN6 2EG
Salary: Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits Package (Avg. OTE £24k - £28k) (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Selectapension is based in Crowborough, East Sussex and is seeking a Telesales Executive to join their expanding sales team renewing existing client subscriptions and selling add on software to pension and investment professionals.
Selectapension was launched in 2004 to develop pension and investment planning software for financial advisers, Banks and Pension Providers and has expanded rapidly over the past 11 years to its current size with 29 staff and a turnover in the region of £2 million.

As a Telesales Account Executive you will:

Contact existing subscribers by telephone / email to secure software licence renewal, ensuring excellent written and verbal communication at all times.

Ensure that all contact made is recorded accurately on the appropriate database and that all agreed documented processes are followed.

Arrange free trials and demonstrations of other Selectapension tools and follow up to close the sale.

Take incoming sales calls, assisting where possible / transferring more in-depth technical queries through to the Technical team.

Assist the Sales / Renewals Manager and teams when required.

Arrange the after sales process with the Accounts department.

Achieve a minimum of 87% renewals per month along with an achievable sales target.
Training: Full product training will be provided in-house, plus the opportunity to take industry or NVQ qualifications.
Hours: You will be required to work 9 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9 am - 5 pm Friday
Annual 24 days plus Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)
