Account Delivery Recruitment Consultant
Tunbridge Wells
£16,000 - £19,000 + Commission (OTE Yr1 £30k, Yr2 £40k)

A leading company in Specialist Recruitment are looking to expand their team with either experienced IT Recruiters, candidates with a Recruitment background or 2:1 graduates looking for an exiting career path. The objective of this role is to develop "house" client accounts whilst building and expanding upon your own contract desk, fully supported by the Delivery Director.

Key roles and responsibilities:

-Developing client relationships in existing clients
-Increasing exposure and contractor numbers within new and existing clients.
-Ensure best practice and professionalism at all times.
-Provide seamless and consistent end-to-end services to Clients.
-Negotiate, confirm and propose recruitment plans.
-Advertising vacancies and managing own advertising budget.
-Resourcing skilled candidates to match requirements.
-Candidate vetting i.e. BPSS checks to create 'Verification Records’.
-Interviewing and technical evaluation of candidates.
